How and when do you take payment?

Our company accepts payments in cash, debit card or major credit card (VISA, MC, AMEX or Disc). All credit/debit card payments are processed on the delivery date of the dumpster.
Cash payments must be paid to our driver upon your dumpster rental’s delivery.
Contractors, upon our approval, may be invoiced.

How much weight can I put in my dumpster?

All of our dumpster sizes have specific weight limits for their size. Rock, dirt, concrete and similar materials are limited to one cubic yard to all sizes of container. Exceeding weight limits are charged at $75/ton prorated.

How soon will my dumpster rental be delivered?

Most scheduled dumpsters can be delivered on the next working day, but we can accommodate deliveries on the same day for our customers on a case by case basis.

When will my dumpster rental be picked up?

Most dumpsters are scheduled for up to 7 days, but shorter or longer periods of time can be arranged. Approved contractors may qualify for longer periods of times.

Where will my rented dumpster be placed?

Roll-off dumpsters can be placed wherever the customer requests, provided there are no safety hazards created by the placement. Placements on the street must follow all local regulations and may require a permit in which additional costs may apply. Placements upon a lawn require a waiver.

Will rented dumpsters damage my driveway?

Our dumpsters are designed not to damage driveways. Wide rollers and other precautions on all containers prevent them from damaging such surfaces.

How much material can I put in my dumpster rental?

Depending on the material, dumpsters may be filled level to the top edge of the container and the installed tarp must fit over dumpster when picked up. Overloaded materials may require the customer to offload excess material to facilitate safe travel.

Will the dumpster rental load be covered?

Yes. We tarp all of our loads before transporting them to their destination.

Do I need to be home or at my job site when the dumpster rental arrives?

No. As long as payment for the dumpster rental has been made, the drop-off area is accessible, and we have sufficient delivery instructions, no one needs to be at the delivery location.

Can I move my rented dumpster from its location?

No. The roll-off dumpsters are designed to be relocated only by our properly equipped vehicles. Property and/or dumpster damage may result if moved by other means.

Do you really have no hidden charges for your dumpster rentals?

Texas Grime has NO hidden charges – EVER. Our dumpster rentals have NO environmental fees and NO set up fees. However, overweight dumpsters, longer rental times, additional trip fees, special items, hazardous materials, or damage to the dumpsters may result in additional costs.
